Workshops
Workshop 1: IRMA Breakfast - Collective Action, Company Responsibility and Chain of Custody
8 June 2026 | 9 - 11am CET
Co-hosted with International RBC Agreement for the Renewable Energy Sector, this workshop aims to explore opportunities for the renewable energy sector to drive improvements in supply chains by leveraging supply chain traceability and chain of custody to enable companies to connect their individual need and responsibilities with supplier and sourcing due diligence.
We will bring together leading upstream and downstream industry voices to co-learn on meeting new regulations, deep-dive on key materials, and explore novel approaches to traceability.
Workshop 2: IRMA Co-Learning Session - Voluntary Standards in a Shifting Sociopolitical Context
8 June 2026 | 1:30 - 4pm CET
Against the backdrop of increased demand for minerals driven by the energy transition and new data infrastructure, this workshop aims to identify opportunities to leverage credible voluntary standards, identify opportunities for European policy makers and regulators to shape responsible production, and explore how governments can improve mining outcomes abroad while strengthening competitiveness at home.
We will bring together voices from different stakeholder groups to balance the demand and impacts of critical raw materials, incentivizing continuous improvement in a challenging, high-risk industry.
