    Seeking New Steering Committee Representatives

Both Jacinda Mack and Larson Bill are transitioning off the IRMA Steering Committee to focus more directly on issues in their home communities. We are currently seeking two representatives to fill the Community seats. Larson and Jacinda will both remain as excellent resources to new representatives coming in. Interested individuals or organizations should contact IRMA’s Coordinator Aimee Boulanger aboulanger@responsiblemining.net.

IRMA Governance in Transition: From Steering Committee to Board of Directors

During 2018-19, IRMA will be transitioning to a membership organization in which members will be able to elect Board representatives for their respective sectors. The Board will consist of sector representatives (from all of the sectors named above), skilled experts, and select appointees. The new Board will have balanced sector based representation. Pertinent documents will be public as soon as possible.
